If the bottle remains unopened and is stored correctly, it can be potent for up to two years from the manufacturing date.

12. What is the return/exchange and refund policy for NEW Lounge Icon Lash Essence?

For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT allow refunds/exchanges on items that have been opened, with the safety seal already broken. In the event that an item is proven damaged or faulty after opening, we should be notified within 7 days after purchase and the item must be returned in its complete packaging and in good condition.
